Designed to encourage seniors aged 50 and above to gain new perspectives on life and mortality, Good-To-Go aims to normalise conversations surrounding these areas. Participants will go through awareness talks that introduce early planning tools, as well as group work sessions to embark on a journey of self-exploration through various conversations.
Designed for seniors to develop strength and mobility, as well as form social bonds with others in their community, GymTonic promotes "exercise-as-medicine" to prove that seniors can get stronger as they age. By creating customised fitness plans and strength training regimes, our wellness coaches guide participants on using state-of-the-art hydraulic machines to build their physical capabilities.
