The Preschool Outreach Programme (PSO) provides outreach and preschool enrolment support for families with children between 3 to 6 years old, aiming to raise awareness of the benefits of preschool education, especially among low-income families.
Allkin is one of the appointed agencies serving 9 Social Service Office (SSO) towns including Ang Mo Kio, Bishan-Toa Payoh, Yishun, Sembawang, Bedok, Geylang Serai, Jalan Besar, Bukit Merah, and Kreter Ayer.
How We Enhance & Enrich Lives
With the support of the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), PSO conducts phone calls and door-knocking to eligible families to enquire about the status of their children's preschool enrolment. We provide enrolment and casework support to ensure parents enrol their children in a suitable preschool.
