Positive Mental Well-being Among Individuals and Caregivers

We support mental well-being by improving access to care, strengthening coping mechanisms, and nurturing supportive networks to enhance overall quality of life for both individuals and caregivers, even in the presence of mental health conditions.

Psychological Service

Through psychological assessments and psychotherapy, we support children and youth with psychological health and behavioural issues to manage life stressors, build strengths, and prepare for future challenges.

Mental Health Service

We provide comprehensive emotional and psychoeducational support to address mental health needs within the community, including mental health conditions and dementia. We journey with clients and caregivers towards improved well-being, recovery, and reintegration.

Impact in Numbers

16,560

individuals were educated about mental health and dementia through the Community Outreach Team’s (CREST’s) outreach efforts.

1,203

CREST clients were discharged after their mental health needs were successfully met.

of CREST caregivers experienced reduction of caregiver burden (measured by the Zarit Burden Scale).

of Community Intervention Team (COMIT) clients experienced reduction in symptoms of anxiety and depression (measured by PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores).
